Andhra Loyola College is a Jesuit educational institution founded in 1954. It is located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.HistoryAndhra Loyola College was established in 1954 and is managed by the Loyola College Society, Guntur–Vijayawada. The Jesuits, who manage the institution, are members of an international religious order of Catholic Priests and Brothers known as "The Society of Jesus", founded by the Soldier turned Saint, Ignatius of Loyola, with the aim of serving God and humanity. The Society of Jesus, otherwise known as ‘ the Jesuit Order', carries out its mission chiefly through its educational institutions. Andhra Loyola Engineering College has been started in 2008. It involves the fields of computer science and electronic media. It develops the students ambitions and makes them ready to face their career and recognise their talents in media. Mostly it is useful to develop careers in photography (including media,fashion, etc.), web design and development, ad agencies, IT and the most powerful print and electronic media.
